The Leaders In Training program offers an exciting experience for teens aged 14-16. LIT1 includes the Algonquin Challenge, certifications, shadowing, and event planning, while LIT2 focuses on lifeguard training, camping trips, and leadership development. Join us for an unforgettable adventure!

The Counselor In Training program offers accepted LIT graduates aged 16-17 a full-month opportunity for hands-on leadership training. CITs develop problem-solving and communication skills while experiencing camp life, preparing them for future roles as counselors through practical training.
